I began working at the corporate office of Keystone Senior, in Indiana in early 2011 and began a grand adventure in 2014 by coming to work at our company’s then-newest community in Massachusetts. It has been an incredible experience being part of the team to open Keystone Place Buzzards Bay. It is my honor to be the Executive Director. The family atmosphere that I fell in love with in the corporate office has translated to our community as well. I consider our residents, their families, friends, and our staff part of my family and I look forward to coming to work each day to be with them. When I am not at work, I am fortunate to have such an incredible family at home. My beautiful wife, daughter and son are who inspire me every day.
Life Enrichment Director
Keystone Place to me means the home of opportunity. Everyday I am gifted opportunity to make a moment a lasting memory for residents and staff. I truly feel grateful to have been given a once in a lifetime opportunity of becoming the Life Enrichment Director here at Keystone Place. My goal is not only to enrich the lives of residents, but also of their families and our staff and their families. After 7 years prior experience I have found the incorporation of resident families and staff are key to successful activities and the creations of treasured moments by all. Whether we are creating memories, as a family like kicking off the New England Patriots season with our own “Keystone Patriots Place “fan club or introducing programs like “Keystone Cares’ were residents can work with charities to give back to our community. We can make a difference together as a community and have some fun along the way.
Director of Community Relations
It is an honor and a privilege to introduce seniors in the Cape Cod area to Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay! Our Keystone Senior Management team delivers the highest quality services that make our community an easy choice for families. I am inspired daily by the work we do in our effort to create a place where everyone is happy to live and work together. Our community has become a family on to itself for residents and staff alike. Having relocated to this area from my life long home in Shrewsbury, I understand our resident’s concerns about moving and I am always pleased to share it has been a wonderful experience for me. The Bourne community is welcoming, Cape Cod is a really fun place to live and Keystone Place is the best place for seniors to call home!
Director of Operations
I am very happy to be the newest member of the Keystone Management Team. I spent the last 14 years working at a long-term care facility in the Business Office, Human Resource office and finally as Director of the Activity department. I am very excited to make the move to the senior community living offered here at Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. It is a wonderful family environment. I have lived right here in Bourne since childhood. I am very fortunate to already know many of the residents from Bourne who have chosen Keystone as their new home. I look forward to once again be teaming up with my husband Scott who is the Facility Director here. I am the proud mother of three grown sons and Grammy to Aubrey and Austin. I look forward to being a part of my new family here at Keystone for many years to come.
Health and Wellness Director
As a nurse for the past 29 years, I have been given the experience of working in various medical specialties of nursing including my latest venture as the Health and Wellness Director of Keystone Place at Buzzard Bay. I have the honor of working with residents, families and a dedicated wellness team consisting of devoted nurses and personal care attendants. Our focus is to promote resident independence, provide exceptional care and assist residents and their families with everyday living challenges we all face. Living in the local area, I have the pleasure of embracing the community and raising my 2 daughters who also work here at Keystone Place at Buzzard Bay helping create a true family atmosphere. I and the Wellness Team look forward to assisting you and your loved ones in the continuity of care and being a value resource.
Memory Care Director
When it comes to Memory Care my goal is to ensure that the “Whole Person” be recognized and celebrated, and not defined by their diagnosis. With great love and compassion for my residents and my job, I strive to keep each individual happy, content and safe here at Keystone Place! Staff and Residents have become one big happy family and I am honored to be a part of that!
Director of Dining Services
Keystone Place at Buzzard’s Bay is a dream come true for myself. Having worked in the Hospitality field for over 40 years, in many different settings, Keystone Place allows me to share my passion for food and service to our so deserving residents who have joined our community. As Director of Dining Services my goal is to provide a variety of foods-new and traditional in a “home style” presentation at every opportunity. I am a Falmouth resident of 26 years and have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. My kitchen is always open for tours, and my mind is always open for new ideas or suggestions. Bon Appetite!
Director of Facilities
After spending most of my working life in the skilled trades and management roles, I have found my niche the last dozen years in Facility Director positions within senior living environments. The most enjoyable part of my job is conversing with the residents and hearing about their life experiences, their travels and the stories about their families. I am excited that Keystone has invested in the Town of Bourne. As a lifelong resident of Bourne with family going back 13 generations I take great pride in what our town has to offer. This community should provide a stimulus to keep the revitalization of Main Street Buzzards Bay moving forward for years to come.
